Religious anniversaries and milestones celebrated in Germany

Various religious commemorations and milestones were observed in Germany. In Großkrotzenburg, the St. Klara and Francis parishes and the Franziskanergymnasium Kreuzburg held a vigil mass at St. Laurentius Church to mark the 800th anniversary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi. Led by Pastor Manuel Stickel, the service focused on themes of creation, peace, and community.

In Steinfeld, Brother Klaus Kiefersbeck celebrated his 40th anniversary of religious profession. The service was led by Superior Pater Philipp Sauter, with a sermon by Pater Georg Herr. Brother Klaus, a master fruit grower by trade, has served the Salvatorian community in various capacities, including roles in Passau, Hörbranz-Lochau, and currently at the Steinfeld monastery.
