RENATRE launches rural job matching program across Argentina
The National Registry of Rural Workers and Employers (RENATRE) is inviting anyone interested in agricultural jobs to register for its Rural Employment Program (PER). Launched in March, the free service connects rural workers with employers nationwide and supports training to boost employability and sector productivity.
RENATRE President Abel Guerrieri said, "We want more people to have the chance to access a registered job. The Rural Employment Program lets us learn about their experience, accompany them, and bring them to the opportunities offered by companies across the country." Director José Voytenco added, "Each profile we add represents a new opportunity for formal employment and we aim to reach more rural families throughout the nation." The program already holds over 5,000 worker profiles and allows employers to post vacancies at no cost, enabling the registry to match candidates swiftly without obligating firms to hire.
