Renault expands lineup with Rafale hybrid and updated Megane E-Tech
Renault is expanding its vehicle lineup with the introduction of the Rafale hyper hybrid E-Tech 4x4 and updates to the Megane E-Tech electric model.
The Rafale hyper hybrid E-Tech 4x4, a 300-horsepower SUV coupé, is being positioned as a flagship model for the brand. Manufactured at the company’s plant in Palencia, Spain, this variant features all-wheel drive, a 22 kWh battery, and technical tuning developed with Alpine expertise. High-end versions include four-wheel steering and predictive active suspension. In Spain, the Rafale range starts at 40,000 euros for the 200-horsepower hybrid versions, while the advanced 300-horsepower 4x4 models begin at 48,000 euros.
Additionally, the Renault Megane E-Tech electric has undergone a design evolution. Designed and manufactured in France at the ElectriCity industrial hub in Douai, the updated model features a redesigned front end with a new bumper construction and a distinctive eight-diamond pattern daytime running light signature. The interior maintains a driver-centric architecture focused on intuitive technology and electric performance.
