Renault unveils Niagara pick-up to be built in Argentina

Renault Argentina has unveiled the new Niagara pick-up, which is scheduled for public release in November. The vehicle will be manufactured at the Santa Isabel plant in Córdoba.

With an investment of $400 million, Renault aims to produce between 40,000 and 60,000 units annually, with a goal to export 50% of production to various Latin American countries. The Niagara model is designed to combine SUV-like comfort and technology with off-road versatility, offering both manual and automatic transmissions, as well as 4x2 and 4x4 configurations.

Pablo Sibilla, President and General Manager of Renault Argentina, stated that the project is a result of collaboration between Renault teams across different countries and reflects the group's ambition to launch 14 new models in international markets outside of Europe by 2030.
