Renewable energy firms secure major global energy storage and solar orders

Major renewable energy enterprises, including Sungrow, LONGi Green Energy, Trina Solar, CATL, and Hanersun, have secured significant orders and project milestones across global markets.

In Southeast Asia, Sungrow has entered a strategic cooperation with ERS Energy to deploy 1 GWh of energy storage capacity in Malaysia and the Philippines. This includes the 441 MWh MyBeST project in Malaysia and a 556 MWh project for ACEN in the Philippines. In Europe, LONGi Green Energy will supply liquid-cooled Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for a 50 MWh project in Romania through a partnership with Enexus. Additionally, Renovatio Solar has partnered with CATL to construct the Borzești Energy Storage project in Romania, a 918 MWh system intended to be the largest of its kind in the country.

In the photovoltaic module sector, Hanersun has shipped 36 MW of high-efficiency modules to Austria for ground-mounted plants in Styria. Meanwhile, several manufacturers, including Jinko Solar, Trina Solar, and LONGi, have been shortlisted or pre-qualified for various centralized PV procurement projects across multiple Chinese provinces, such as Shanxi and Guangdong.
