Renta 4 and Ares Management launch and fund new Spanish real‑estate investment vehicles

Renta 4 announced a partnership with former Árima executive Guillermo Fernández‑Cuesta Laborde to create the Ahma Seed Capital Venture fund. The vehicle will target value‑added real‑estate assets in major Spanish cities such as Madrid and Barcelona, as well as logistics sites. It aims for an internal rate of return of 12.74%‑19.74% depending on market conditions, with a suggested minimum investment of about €100,000.

Ares Management, through its listed socimi Daria 323, secured an additional financing tranche from ING, raising the total loan facility to roughly €86 million. Daria 323 holds more than 500 affordable‑housing units in the Madrid region and has recently increased rental income, while continuing development of new protected‑housing projects slated for completion in 2026.
