Report‑card ceremonies in Turkish towns spotlight community support for students

Gölbaşı Mayor Yakup Odabaşı attended a report‑card ceremony at İncek TEK Primary and Middle School, joining the district governor, education officials, teachers, parents and students. He praised the collaboration of families, schools and local government and pledged continued cultural, sports and social activities for the summer break.

In Dağlıca village near the Iran border, seven primary‑school pupils received their report cards and were gifted bicycles donated by local benefactors. District education officials and teachers presented the certificates and handed out the bicycles, which the children rode in the schoolyard, creating a festive atmosphere.
