Republika Srpska implements financial support for large families

Nina Bukejlović, Vice President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, has highlighted the region's pro-family policies as part of the ‘Srpska te voli’ campaign. The initiative aims to address demographic challenges by providing financial support to larger families.

Key measures include a special pronatalist compensation of 600 KM for a third child and 450 KM for a fourth child, regardless of a family's material status. Additionally, unemployed mothers receive maternity benefits for 18 months for the third and subsequent children, compared to 12 months for the first two. As of July 1, monthly maternity benefits have increased to 746 KM.
