RESCENE idol Woni cleared of bullying claims after former teacher’s defense

Allegations that RESCENE member Woni had bullied classmates in middle school surfaced online, prompting a user to claim she was a perpetrator. The former homeroom teacher, who taught Woni in grades 2‑3, responded on X (formerly Twitter), posting the graduation album, signed memorabilia and letters to refute the accusations. The teacher described Woni as an exemplary student, a student‑council officer who earned top scores on non‑exam assessments and participated in an anti‑bullying campaign. After the teacher’s detailed defense, the online accusations were withdrawn and the original post and account were deleted.
