Retail developments expand in Bolesławiec and Sosnowiec

Retail developments are progressing in several Polish cities. In Bolesławiec, a new retail park is being constructed on the site of a former Tesco supermarket at Tysiąclecia Avenue. Managed by Scallier, the project features approximately 5,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) and is already fully commercialized. Tenants include ALDI, Action, ShockPrice, Xtreme Fitness, Dr Max, and a Petroprix station. The facility is designed with the flexibility to expand by an additional 2,000 square meters, and its opening is scheduled for September 2026.

In Sosnowiec, the Plejada Shopping Center has expanded its beauty and wellness offerings. The drugstore chain Hebe recently opened a nearly 287-square-meter location, strengthening the center's tenant mix. This follows other recent additions to the center, including a new food zone and the launch of Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS. The center is managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
