Retail developments expand in Ruda Śląska and Opole

Several commercial real estate developments are underway in Poland. In Ruda Śląska-Kochłowice, investor Merkury plans to build a new retail park near the A4 motorway. The project, with commercialization managed by Scallier, will offer approximately 6,580 square meters of rental space and a 111-space parking lot. The facility is scheduled to open in the spring of 2028.

In Opole, construction has begun on the expansion of the Karolinka Shopping Center. This 100 million PLN investment by NEPI Rockcastle will add over 8,000 square meters of gross leasable area, providing space for approximately 30 new retail and service outlets. The project, with Adamietz serving as the general contractor, aims to expand the fashion segment and modernize the building's main facade.
