Retail park expansion continues across Croatia
The retail park sector in Croatia is experiencing significant growth, highlighted by the expansion of the STOP SHOP brand and the nearing completion of new commercial projects.
STOP SHOP has increased its Croatian network to 22 retail parks following new openings in Knin, Sinj, and Samoboru. The company plans to further expand by opening a new location in Bjelovar, covering 10,669 square meters with 19 tenants, and extending its existing site in Vinkovci by the end of the year.
In Beli Manastir, construction of the Baranja shop park is expected to conclude within approximately 15 days. The 2,550-square-meter facility will host tenants including Eurospin, Tedi, and Sinsay. Once technical inspections are complete and retail shelves are stocked, the project will resolve a long-standing vacancy in the city center.
