Retail parks under construction in Rybnik and Ruda Śląska, Poland

A new retail park is being built on the former Tesco site in Rybnik. The complex will cover about 45,000 m² of floor area, with roughly 20,000 m² for shops and around 500 parking spaces. Planned tenants include Media Markt, Aldi, Rossmann, Action, Sinsay, New Yorker, RTV Euro AGD and Jysk, with an opening expected in 2026.

In Ruda Śląska, another retail park is under development near the Bukowa‑1 Maja intersection. The project will provide about 6,800 m² of gross leasable area, is already 90 % leased and slated to open in November 2026. Confirmed tenants are Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, CCC, Half‑Price, Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtrem Kids.
