Rey Fenix and Penta to face off in WWE tournament final

Rey Fenix and Penta, formerly known as the Lucha Brothers, are set to face each other in a tournament final on WWE Monday Night Raw. The match will determine the challenger for Roman Reigns' World Heavyweight Championship during the September 14 episode in Mexico City.

In recent interviews, Rey Fenix described the bout as a childhood dream realized, noting that the brothers have shared this goal for nearly 22 years. Fenix expressed that he would be content with a loss as long as he performs to his best ability, stating, “If my brother won the match, I would be happy for him and I would be happy for me because I know I did my best.”

Penta previously noted a desire to reunite the Lucha Brothers as a tag team in the future, specifically mentioning a dream match against The Usos.
