Rheingau Wine Week festival held in Wiesbaden, Germany

The Rheingau Wine Week (Rheingauer Weinwoche) 2026 is held annually in mid-August in Wiesbaden, the capital of Hesse, Germany. The festival brings together approximately one hundred wineries from the Rheingau region, one of Germany's thirteen wine-growing areas known for high-quality grapes.

Visitors can sample various wines at numerous stalls located around the Wiesbaden City Palace and the New City Hall. The event features local specialties, including a reusable glass system for water and specific wine tastings from notable producers such as Weingut Schloss Johannisberg.
