Rhodes police arrest three youths for six theft cases

Police in Rhodes have solved six cases of theft involving the arrest of three youths aged 14, 15, and 18. The group is accused of acting together in various combinations between August 10 and August 16, 2026.

The thefts included the removal of a bag and cash from an unlocked vehicle, two motorcycles, and a car. Additionally, the suspects used a stolen car to attempt a break-in at a business and stole cash from an outdoor money changer.

During the investigation, a special police team located the suspects. Authorities seized counterfeit banknotes from the 18-year-old and found a screwdriver in the stolen vehicle. The recovered vehicles have been returned to their rightful owners, and the suspects have been brought before the Rhodes Prosecutor.
