Ricardo Arjona releases “Amor Factura” with Grupo Firme

Guatemalan singer-songwriter Ricardo Arjona has released “Amor Factura,” a new single featuring a collaboration with the Mexican group Grupo Firme. The track blends regional Mexican music with bolero norteño and has achieved significant digital traction, surpassing 6.4 million views on YouTube within three days of its release.

Arjona described the collaboration as an organic process rather than a planned business strategy. He noted that the idea for the song emerged after hearing a video of Eduin Caz, the vocalist of Grupo Firme, performing one of his songs. Arjona emphasized that he seeks musical partnerships based on genuine human connection and artistic affinity, comparing successful collaborations to lasting friendships.

This release follows Arjona’s history of notable duets, including past work with Gaby Moreno and Paquita la del Barrio.
