Rimini hosts 10th Fattore R economic forum

The tenth edition of Fattore R, the Romagna Economic Forum, was held in Rimini to discuss regional competitiveness and economic growth. A central theme of the forum was the necessity of retaining young talent to drive innovation. Data presented during the event indicated that companies with a higher presence of young employees experience turnover and employment growth 1.5 percentage points higher than those without.

Participants, including institutions, entrepreneurs, and industry representatives, emphasized the need to integrate businesses, universities, and infrastructure to strengthen the territory as a unified economic area. Antonio Patuelli, president of the Abi, noted the national challenge of preventing young people from moving abroad, stating that opportunities for cultural, economic, and social growth are essential to encourage them to stay.
