Rimini reclaims top spot in Italy’s beach tourism rankings, overtaking Jesolo
The JFC Observatory’s Panorama Turismo‑Mare Italia report shows Rimini has again become the most popular Italian seaside destination, surpassing Jesolo with 3,697 votes. The Romagna coast also placed Riccione, Cervia‑Milano Marittima and Bellaria‑Igea Marina among the leading spots, keeping Emilia‑Romagna ahead of Sardinia in overall regional preference.
The rankings highlight Rimini’s strength in family‑friendly services, while Riccione leads in youth‑oriented entertainment. Additional thematic lists rank Tricase (Puglia) as the most relaxing spot, Santa Teresa di Gallura (Sardinia) as the most sustainable, and Rimini again as the top destination for families with children.
