Ring Road 2.5 project aims for technical opening by October 10

Authorities in Khương Đình Ward are working to accelerate the Ring Road 2.5 project, specifically the section from Nguyễn Trãi (National Highway 6) to Đầm Hồng. The project aims to achieve technical opening by October 10, 2026, ahead of the original completion target of March 12, 2027.

The 1.52 km road project has a total investment of 2,432 billion VND. Construction is currently being carried out across three fronts, with an estimated completion rate of approximately 75%. Key components include the roadbed, rainwater and wastewater drainage systems, technical trenches, street lighting, and asphalt surfacing.

To maintain progress, local officials are encouraging contractors to increase manpower and implement overtime shifts. Measures such as regular water spraying are being used to mitigate dust and minimize the impact on local residents during the construction process.
