Rio Grande do Sul government to auction 10 state properties

The Government of Rio Grande do Sul, through the Secretariat of Planning, Governance, and Management, will auction 10 state-owned properties on Friday, August 14. The electronic auction will begin at 10:00 AM, with the winner determined by the highest bid.

The properties include eight plots of land, five of which have improvements, and two apartments. These assets are located in the municipalities of Cruz Alta, Novo Hamburgo, Santo Antônio da Patrulha, São Jerônimo, Sapucaia do Sul, and Vacaria. All properties are currently unoccupied. Minimum bid values range from R$ 51,900 to R$ 780,000, depending on the specific asset.
