Enrollment for the Rio Grande do Sul State Education Network for the 2027 academic year is now open. The registration period remains active until November 6, 2026, and is managed through the State Secretariat of Education's enrollment system.

The process covers several categories, including new students for the 1st year of Elementary School and High School, professional education, Youth and Adult Education (EJA), and the Normal Course. For Elementary School, children must be six years old by March 31, 2027. Applicants can indicate up to four preferred schools during registration.

Technical courses may involve selection via lottery or examination. Lotteries for Basic Education are scheduled for November 9–11, while technical and Normal Course lotteries are set for November 16. Examinations for these courses will be conducted by Regional Education Coordinators between November 13 and 16.
