Law enforcement agencies conduct widespread drug and weapons seizures globally
Law enforcement agencies across Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and the United States have conducted multiple successful operations targeting drug trafficking and illegal weapons.
In Spain, the Guardia Civil arrested a man at Valencia Airport after discovering 8.2 kilograms of liquid cocaine hidden inside shampoo bottles. In other Spanish operations, authorities dismantled cannabis plantations in Mondariz and drug distribution points in Ciudad Real.
In Argentina, police in Lules and Aguilares seized cocaine and arrested suspects following neighborhood reports. In Mendoza, nearly 34 kilograms of cocaine were recovered from a vehicle, while in Laboulaye, a family-run delivery drug ring was dismantled.
In Colombia, significant seizures included 428 kilograms of marijuana in Antioquia and a Mossberg shotgun in Uribia. In Chile, municipal security in Ñuñoa seized over 3,000 packages of cocaine and base paste. Meanwhile, in the United States, the NYPD and DEA seized 263 kilograms of cocaine in Queens, valued at approximately $10 million.
Additionally, in Honduras, authorities captured two individuals in possession of three AR-15 rifles during a routine inspection.
