Risant Health to acquire Integris Health

Risant Health has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Integris Health, Oklahoma’s largest nonprofit health system. The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, marks Risant’s third acquisition following its previous purchases of Geisinger and Cone Health.

Under the terms of the agreement, Integris Health will retain its name, brand, medical staff, and existing leadership team. The Oklahoma City-based system operates 20 acute and specialty hospitals and maintains the largest physician network in the state.

Backing from Kaiser Permanente is intended to help Risant expand value-based care across the United States. For Integris, the partnership is expected to provide access to increased capital, advanced health management technology, and clinical tools to combat rising medical expenses.
