River Plate and AFC Bournemouth unveil new 2026‑27 football kits

River Plate revealed a completely new typeface for its 2026‑27 season jerseys, featuring sharper, more angular lettering and numbers set on a solid black background with a thin white outline. The design, described as modern and aggressive, is now available in the club’s official online store as of 29 July.

AFC Bournemouth introduced its 2026‑27 away kit, the first shirt produced by Danish brand Hummel after the clubs’ new long‑term partnership. The kit uses a bold purple base with an all‑over geometric pattern, a white Hummel logo, a monochrome club crest, and pink Vitality as a front sponsor. The lightweight fabric is intended for match‑day comfort, and the shirt also includes a hidden “AFCB” graphic for supporters.
