River Plate and Belgrano set for Apertura final in Córdoba on May 24

The Argentine Football Association (AFA) has confirmed that the Apertura tournament final between River Plate and Belgrano will be played on Sunday, 24 May, at the Mario Alberto Kempes stadium in Córdoba. Kick‑off is scheduled for 15:30.

Yael Falcón Pérez, a World Cup‑qualified referee, will officiate the match as the main referee, assisted by Facundo Rodríguez and Maximiliano. Leandro Rey Hilfer will serve as the VAR official.

The match will decide the champion of the Apertura, with River Plate (known as the Millonario) facing Belgrano (the Pirata).
