Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit to convene in September 2026

The fourth edition of the Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit is scheduled to take place in Riyadh from September 14 to 16, 2026. The event is held under the patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Biotech Center Foundation.

Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard, will officially inaugurate the summit. The event aims to gather international experts, researchers, innovators, investors, and decision-makers to discuss advancements in the medical biotechnology sector and explore future opportunities.

The summit is organized by the Ministry of National Guard (represented by its Health Affairs), King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS), and the King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC), in partnership with the Ministry of Investment. The initiative seeks to establish Riyadh as a global hub for medical biotechnology innovation, supporting the goals of the National Biotechnology Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
