RNI leaders hold regional meetings in Midelt and Ajlamous
Leaders of the Rassemblement National des Indépendants (RNI) have been engaging in regional meetings across Morocco to address citizen concerns and strengthen party organization ahead of upcoming legislative elections.
In Midelt, RNI President Mohamed Chouki met with citizens and party members to discuss local expectations. Chouki highlighted the expansion of social support programs, including mandatory health insurance and assistance for farmers and livestock breeders, asserting that these initiatives were implemented under the current government. During the meeting, Marouane Chbaattou was officially invested by the party to run in the elections.
In Ajlamous, RNI political bureau member Mouhieddine Hajjaj responded to political criticism regarding urban planning and government management. Hajjaj rejected what he termed “political bidding” and called for clarity regarding responsibilities, arguing that political actors should present their own records rather than seeking “electoral scapegoats.” He specifically defended the Prime Minister against criticisms related to the Al Haouz region.
