Roadworks Close Sections of the A58 in the Netherlands and the A12 in Belgium

The Dutch A58 motorway between Etten‑Leur and Roosendaal will be closed from Saturday evening at 21:00 until Sunday 16 August at 05:00 for a week of resurfacing, asphalt renewal and other repairs. The closure covers the stretch from the Etten‑Leur‑West on‑ramp to the Stok junction, including the connecting ramps at the Princeville junction to the A16. Rijkswaterstaat says the work is scheduled in summer to minimise disruption.

In Belgium, the Meise on‑ and off‑ramps (exit 3) of the A12 towards Antwerp are shut on 13 August after the morning peak and remain closed until the start of the evening peak on 14 August. The closures allow a new asphalt layer to be laid on the eight‑kilometre section between Meise and Londerzeel. Drivers are advised to use detours via the Brussels‑bound ramps or the Londerzeel exit, with traffic impact expected to be modest.
