Robert Lambert wins Individual Speedway World Championship in Toruń

Robert Lambert secured his first Individual Speedway World Championship title at the Motoarena in Toruń, Poland. In a dramatic conclusion to the Grand Prix series, the British rider finished with 162 points, narrowly defeating defending champion Bartosz Zmarzlik by just two points.

Lambert, who represents the PRES Toruń club, overcame a 23-point deficit earlier in the season to claim the gold. In the decisive final heat, he defeated Brady Kurtz, Bartosz Zmarzlik, and Patryk Dudek. Following the race, Lambert expressed his shock and credited his success to intense mental preparation and hard work behind the scenes, while also offering respect to Zmarzlik for his championship experience.
