Roberto Soldić signs with UFC to compete in welterweight division

Roberto Soldić, the former two-division KSW champion, has signed an exclusive contract with the UFC. The Croatian fighter, known by the nickname ‘Robocop’, will compete in the welterweight division.

Soldić joins the promotion following his departure from ONE Championship. He brings a significant knockout record to the UFC, with 18 of his 21 professional MMA victories coming via knockout or technical knockout. His career highlights include a notable knockout victory over current UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis during their time in KSW.

While specific contract details and an official debut date have not been confirmed by the UFC, some reports suggest a potential debut as early as October. Soldić is expected to be a high-impact addition to the 170-pound roster.
