Roborock expands robotics ecosystem to gardens and pools at IFA 2026

At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Roborock announced an expansion of its product ecosystem beyond indoor vacuuming to include outdoor and pool maintenance. The company aims to apply its advanced mapping and obstacle-avoidance algorithms to more complex environments.

Key product reveals include the RockNeo Q2 LiDAR, a robotic lawnmower designed for lawns up to 800 m² that utilizes Sentisphere LiDAR technology to map gardens without the need for boundary wires or external RTK stations. For aquatic maintenance, the company introduced the RockAqua P1, an intelligent pool cleaning robot capable of cleaning floors, walls, and waterlines in various pool shapes.

Additionally, the company showcased the Saros 20 Flow Complete, a slim flagship model featuring a roller mop and the ability to climb thresholds up to 8.8 cm, and the F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2, which utilizes high-temperature steam and hot water to remove stubborn dirt.
