Rocket attack injures three in Kyiv, Ukraine

The Ukrainian capital Kyiv was struck overnight by ballistic rockets, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko and Military Governor Tymur Tkatschenko. The attack wounded at least three people and sparked fires in several districts. Damage was reported in an eastern city district and a blaze broke out in a western office building, while an uninhabited structure was also hit. Authorities urged residents to seek shelter in reinforced rooms.

The incident is part of the ongoing Russian‑Ukraine conflict that has seen repeated strikes on Kyiv since the war began more than four years ago.
