Roger Federer vacations in Croatia and Italy

Tennis legend Roger Federer has been spotted traveling through the Mediterranean during his summer break. He recently visited the Croatian coast, spending time in Lošinj and Rovinj. His connection to Lošinj is longstanding through his former coach and friend, Ivan Ljubičić, who operates a tennis academy on the island.

Federer also made a brief appearance on a tennis court in Circeo, Italy, during a sailing trip around the island of Ponza. While there, he visited the Zeppieri Tennis Team courts and played with coach Fabrice Zeppieri. This follows a recent visit to the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca, Spain.

Looking ahead to professional appearances, Federer is scheduled to participate in an exhibition event titled ‘Roger & Friends’ at the Shanghai Masters on October 16. The event is expected to feature several tennis stars, including Li Na, Marat Safin, and Dinara Safina. Additionally, Federer will participate in an exhibition program at the US Open on August 25 at Arthur Ashe Stadium alongside Andy Roddick, Andre Agassi, and John McEnroe.
