Rolex to auction four unique Cosmograph Daytona watches for charity

Rolex has announced the auction of four unique Cosmograph Daytona timepieces, designed to represent the four seasons. The auction is scheduled for 28 September 2026 through Phillips in London.

Created under the Perpetual Planet Initiative, the watches will benefit two charitable organizations: the Roger Federer Foundation, which supports early childhood education, and Re:wild, an environmental conservation group co-founded by Leonardo DiCaprio. Both Federer and DiCaprio serve as Rolex ambassadors.

The collection features distinct materials for each season:

• Spring: 18 ct white gold with a green chrysoprase dial and lilac lepidolite counters. • Summer: 18 ct Everose gold with an azure turquoise dial and ruby counters. • Autumn: 18 ct yellow gold with a mookaite dial and chrysoprase sub-dials. • Winter: 950 platinum with a blue opal dial and lapis lazuli counters.

The set was previously valued at CHF4 million at Watches and Wonders in Geneva, though private offers have reportedly reached $10 million.
