Romania and Moldova introduce online health record platforms

Romania's National Health Insurance House (CNAS) is launching a new digital platform that will allow patients to view their prescriptions, referrals and medical documents online from phones, tablets or computers.

Moldova's Ministry of Health is developing an electronic health dossier that will centralise patients' medical information into a single system, integrating existing health‑information databases to provide faster access to relevant data.
