Romania and Moldova roll out local entrepreneur support events

In the town of Cornu, Prahova County, Romania, the municipal council issued a call for merchants to apply to take part in the "Zilele Comunei Cornu 2026" fair scheduled for 1–2 August 2026. Applications must be submitted by 28 July 2026 and must detail the applicant’s business, product type and required space. The fair will allow up to six food‑service locations, will not provide electricity, and participants are required to bring their own generators.

Meanwhile, the municipality of Ungheni in Moldova will organize a series of training seminars for novice entrepreneurs from 14–16 July 2026. Representatives of the tax and customs authorities will conduct financial‑education courses aimed at residents of Ungheni, Fălești, Nisporeni and Călărași districts.
