AFM reopens Rabla Auto 2026 program with 93.7 million lei

The Environmental Fund Administration (AFM) has reopened registration for the Rabla Auto 2026 program for individuals. A new session began on August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, utilizing approximately 93.7 million lei in redistributed funds. These resources were originally allocated but remained unspent due to incomplete procedural steps by previous applicants.

The budget is distributed across several vehicle categories:

- 70.3 million lei for new internal combustion engine vehicles (including LPG/CNG) and hybrid vehicles. - 20.45 million lei for plug-in hybrids, pure electric vehicles, or hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. - 2.97 million lei for motorcycles and electric motorcycles.

Eco-voucher values vary by vehicle type. The highest incentive is 18,500 lei for pure electric or hydrogen vehicles, followed by 15,000 lei for plug-in hybrids or electric motorcycles, 12,000 lei for hybrids, and 10,000 lei for internal combustion or standard motorcycles. Registration is conducted online via the AFM platform and will remain open until December 31, 2026, or until the funds are exhausted.
