Romanian hospitals launch recruitment drives to address medical staff shortages

Various medical institutions across Romania are conducting recruitment drives to address ongoing shortages of specialized personnel.

In Târgu Jiu, the County Emergency Hospital is seeking a neurosurgeon and a neurologist. In Zalău, the County Emergency Hospital has opened competitions for department heads in several specialties, including Anesthesia, Infectious Diseases, Neurology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Urology.

In the Vaslui region, hospitals in Bârlad, Huși, and Vaslui are hiring for various roles, including specialists in pathology and radiology, as well as nurses, caregivers, and engineers.

Additionally, the recruitment process for health insurance directors in the North-East region is underway. While two candidates advanced to the final interview stage for the Vaslui Health Insurance House, candidates for the Neamț and Suceava houses failed to meet the minimum required score of 70 points.
