Romanian municipalities launch medical hiring contests in Mândra and Târgoviște

The commune of Mândra (Dâmbovița County) will hold a public competition on 22 July 2026 to fill a contract position of Community Medical Assistant within an integrated rural services project. The post is open‑ended, full‑time and requires Romanian or EU citizenship, proficiency in Romanian, relevant medical education and a clean criminal record.

The County Emergency Hospital in Târgoviște announced a separate competition for a Specialist in Cardiology. The indefinite, full‑time position (7 hours per day, 35 hours per week) will be filled after a dossier review, written exam and clinical/practical test. Applicants must meet the same general eligibility criteria regarding citizenship, language, health fitness and lack of convictions.

Both notices detail the application windows, required documentation and the legal framework governing public‑sector medical recruitment in Romania.
