Romania's NIBIRU seaside resort attracts 282,000 visitors in first four days

The newly opened NIBIRU entertainment complex on Romania's Black Sea coast recorded 282,000 visitors during its first four days, averaging about 70,000 guests per day. The launch coincided with the inaugural Galaxia festival, which quickly rose to become one of the country's largest music events.

A second night of the festival saw a sold‑out crowd of 82,000, highlighted by a live performance from French DJ HUGEL. Other acts mentioned included Olly Alexander, Moojo, Gordo, Nicky Jam, Farruko, Clean Bandit and local stars such as Alex Velea and Carla’s Dreams. The resort also offers family attractions, a skate park, paddle and basketball courts, and a range of restaurants and shops.

Organisers billed the opening as a multi‑day showcase featuring circus shows, aerial displays, fireworks and immersive screenings, aiming to position NIBIRU as a year‑round destination for all generations.
