Rome Architecture Festival expands into local neighborhoods

The eighth edition of the Rome Architecture Festival, organized by the Ordine degli Architetti PPC di Roma e Provincia, is expanding its reach into local neighborhoods. Centered at the Casa dell'Architettura in Piazza Manfredo Fanti, the festival will extend into Municipalities IV and V, featuring installations, workshops, and community engagement programs.

Key installations include ‘MAMMAROMA’ in Piazza dei Mirti and ‘NODO APERTO’ in Piazza Balsamo Crivelli. These projects aim to transform public spaces into areas for social interaction and participation. The festival program includes neighborhood mapping, guided tours, photography workshops, and activities focused on urban microclimates, involving students from Sapienza Università di Roma and Roma Tre.
