Rome public services perceived as stagnant by 69% of residents
The 2025 Performance Report approved by the Rome municipal government reveals significant public dissatisfaction regarding local services. According to data from the XVIII ACoS survey conducted in June 2025, 69% of residents believe the quality of public services has remained stagnant over the last two years.
Only 14% of respondents reported an improvement in service quality, while 15% stated that services have worsened. The report, which serves to certify the results of the city's administrative machine, highlights these figures in its chapter dedicated to service quality. This data contrasts with previous communications from the administration that emphasized high overall satisfaction rates.
