Rondônia opens selection for 332 volunteer roles in Military Police and Fire Department
The Government of Rondônia, through the State Secretariat of Security, Defense, and Citizenship (Sesdec), has opened a selection process for the Professionalizing Voluntary Service Program. The initiative aims to create a reserve list for 332 administrative positions, with 302 roles allocated to the Military Police (PMRO) and 30 to the Military Fire Department (CBMRO).
Selected volunteers will perform tasks such as public service, document organization, videomonitoring, and support for information technology areas. The positions are distributed across 23 municipalities in the state. Participants will receive a monthly indemnity allowance of R$ 1,215 during the first year, which may increase to R$ 1,350 if the contract is renewed for a second year. Additional benefits include transport, health, and uniform allowances, as well as personal accident insurance.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, and be able to prove unemployment status. The selection process includes an objective exam, health examination, social investigation, and training course. Applications must be submitted online via the Ibade institute website by November 17, 2026. The registration fee is R$ 60, with specific exemptions available for blood or organ donors and certain social program participants.
