Rosario implements urban updates and logistics developments
The Municipality of Rosario is implementing several urban and infrastructure updates. In the Parque Oeste area, bus routes 121 and Enlace Avellaneda will change and expand starting September 7 to improve connectivity via Avenida Rouillón. This initiative is part of a larger renovation project involving the Municipality and the Government of Santa Fe to benefit 2,600 families.
In the Tío Rolo neighborhood, municipal crews have completed a two-week public works operation including road maintenance, drainage, and tree pruning. These efforts are part of the 'Plan de Calles Invierno' and coincide with the development of a new plaza funded by the 2026 Participatory Budget.
In the commercial sector, the ROSPARK logistics project has commenced construction in the Circunvalación and Uriburu area. Developed by Valentín Martínez Carbonell and executed by Mac Ingeniería, the project is being rolled out in stages. With approximately 80% of the initial phase already sold, the developers are launching ROSPARK 2. Together with the existing Depot Center, the developments aim to consolidate 100,000 square meters of logistics and commercial space in the Rosario region.
