Overview

The Municipality of Rosario is advancing various urban, infrastructure, and logistics developments. In the Parque Oeste area, bus routes 121 and Enlace Avellaneda are scheduled to expand and change starting September 7 to improve connectivity via Avenida Rouillón, a project involving the Government of Santa Fe intended to benefit 2,600 families.

Following the sale of approximately 80% of the initial phase, developers are launching ROSPARK 2. These projects, alongside the existing Depot Center, aim to establish 100,000 square meters of logistics and commercial space in the region.
