Rosarito and Jujuy Municipalities Extend Small Business Permit Deadlines

The Rosarito city council approved a one‑month extension for the revalidation of commercial permits, moving the deadline from 30 June to 31 July 2026. Councilor Alan Isaí Bautista said the measure is intended to “give a breathing space” to small and medium merchants and avoid immediate sanctions.

In San Salvador de Jujuy, Argentina, the Directorate of Public Spaces will begin issuing temporary permits on 29 June for vendors participating in the Week of Sweetness (1‑7 July). Director Alba Ortiz emphasized that only vendors with the proper authorization and a current food‑handling certificate will be allowed to sell, aiming to “inform in advance so all sellers can obtain the required permit.”
