Rotary Club of Três Lagoas and Lions Club Rondon hold 2026‑27 leadership ceremonies in Brazil

On 27 June, the Rotary Club of Três Lagoas – Cidade das Águas held its annual officer‑swearing ceremony. Christovam Tabox Bazan received the club’s gavel from former president Solange Alves de Matos Moraes, officially becoming president for the 2026‑27 Rotary year. The event honored longtime volunteers, including Companheiro Paul Harris and Amarildo Ferreira Marco, and was attended by district governor Eurico Fernando Vieira, the city mayor, and the commander of the local environmental police unit.

A week earlier, on 20 June, the Lions Club Marechal Cândido Rondon Aliança and its affiliated LEO Club met at Churrascaria Três Passos to inaugurate their 2026‑27 directorates. Eloi Pickler succeeded Cal Cristiane Izabel Maltauro as Lions president, while Jeferson Machiner took over the LEO presidency from Vanessa Eidelvein Pickler. Presentations highlighted the clubs’ community projects from the previous year before the formal handover of duties.

Both ceremonies underscored the continuity of volunteer leadership and the ongoing commitment of service clubs to local social initiatives in Brazil.
