Royal Commission for Riyadh City opens Real Estate Balance Program registration
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has announced the opening of registration for the second phase of the ‘Real Estate Balance Program’. Applications will be accepted via the program’s dedicated electronic platform starting Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM, and will continue until Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
To be eligible, applicants must be married citizens or individuals over the age of 25. Key requirements include not having previously owned real estate and having resided in Riyadh for at least three years. The Commission noted that early application does not grant priority, as all applicants within the registration period have equal opportunity.
Regarding previous applicants, those from the first phase who were deemed eligible but not selected in the electronic lottery do not need to reapply, as their data is already stored. However, those whose eligibility was not proven in the previous year must submit a new application after meeting all necessary criteria.
Following the registration period, the process will involve eligibility verification, announcement of results, an objection period, and an electronic lottery for qualified candidates. The final stage will proceed with off-plan sales procedures in accordance with approved regulations. The Commission urged citizens to use only official channels and warned against untrusted links or accounts.
