Royal Commission for Riyadh City to announce Real Estate Balance Program results

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City will announce the eligibility verification results for the Real Estate Balance Program on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Applicants can access their status through the program’s electronic platform.

Those deemed eligible will be entered into an electronic lottery for residential land available during the program's second year. Applicants whose requests do not meet the eligibility criteria will have the opportunity to submit an electronic objection via the platform within a specified timeframe.

The Real Estate Balance Program aims to stabilize the housing market in Riyadh by providing planned and developed residential plots. Under directives from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the initiative seeks to provide between 10,000 and 40,000 land plots annually over the next five years, with prices not exceeding 1,500 SAR per square meter. Eligibility requirements include Saudi nationality, being married or at least 25 years old, not having previously owned property, and having resided in Riyadh for at least three years.
